Hi, I have bought tokens before, usually in the 3000 - 6000 amount, however about an hour ago I bought 10000 tokens. Usually when I buy tokens I get them within 1 - 15 mins. I have the PayPal summary proving my purchase, but have not yet received the email on BD forum stating that the transaction was successful.

I have bought it a second time. So if both come through, am I able to refund one and I won't get banned so it doesn't count as purposely charging back?

Standard policy is indeed to ban, since you asked up front and are facing an issue however, perhaps we can figure out some exception privately. Thanks!

I have not received my bought tokens , help? I have the receipt in my email . I bought the 7.99 Token in app purchase . Is there some type of glitch ? Because I would like to get my tokens or refunded . Please reply t sort this out. You can investigate my account my player ID is 17112076 .

Hey thanks for taking your time to reply I just got back on to this site . I'm usually on in the evenings , I just wanted to inform you that the tokens I purchased have arrived . I got on my account this morning and my tokens were there.
