i just switched alliance. when i did so i had some troops in an op owned by a member of my old alliance. i could not move these troops until i put a scan next too it because i could not see the op. even when i went to orders and selected the squad i could not move it, until i put the scan there.

maybe this was because the squads were not in range to move to a place where you had radar?
