You don't learn from computers. You learn from teachers through computers.

online social isn't real life social
plus, I do agree that computers and internet can give u almost every knowledge u want. I myself learn every thing I know the past 2 years through internet. However, as I said, there are more than just knowledge one needs to learn in order to "live"
note that, LIVE, not EXIST...

Actually, as a matter of fact, the most popular and best tutorials, etc online to learn which are much better than learning from teachers aren´t done by teachers. Also, even if some tutorials were done by teachers, its done by collecting knowledge from many different teachers and sources through the power of the computer giving you the most up to date and detailed information while the teacher can only give you the information that he or she remembers from when he or she was at university 10-20 years ago. I will always trust technology much more than any human.

i think Computer and Internet learning is very helpful, and so is class learning. so its important to have a balance between the too.
If you just learn all the time though computer/internet you might miss out on things that you could have been learning in class, because if you have a question on the particular topic you can simply ask the teacher. Thatch much faster than googling it (the internet can only be so fast)

teacher doesn't have to have "qualification" to become a teacher. a player doesn't need to be in the AANC in order to mentor newbies

The thing is Ender there are people programming that technology that you admire, without the people putting the data into the computer in the first place it would just be a plastic box. The difference between a computer and a person is a computer cannot do critical thinking, it can spew out all the information it has but if you ask it why is it that way you will not get an answer.
