Connection lost constantly, multiple minutes of lag between actions, simply not being able to load the game without refreshing, all of this in the course of 10 minutes of activity. This is an absolute joke and I can't believe you expect anybody to pay you for this. When do you guys plan to fix your servers and your game?

I understand where your frustration is coming from, however, this does not sound like an issue with the servers, but an issue with your connection. I have been on Battledawn all day today, without a single connection issue. It's refreshed quickly for me. In fact, I just refreshed twice. They each took less than 5 seconds. I just moved multiple squads around on the map via teleporting and manual. If it was a server lag issue, I would also be experiencing the same issues as you. There is nothing currently wrong with the servers, nor any fix needed to the game. I would highly recommend you check your internet speed and connection. If you continue having this issue, please tell me and I will assist you in whatever way I can, but I do not think this issue is related to the servers.

One thing i've personally noticed, is that Battle Dawn becomes less stable when using Torrenting programs such as uTorrent, BitTorrent, PopcornTime. Downloading through Steam, for me, can also have this effect. Otherwise it could be an overly invasive web browser security, a worm or the like. Could you open your CMD (Shift, Right Click, Open Command Window Here - on Windows 8.1 clicking on the desktop) and type "tracert battledawn.com" (assuming you use Windows) and give us the results (cutting off any IP adressen or other sensitive information in the process)? Should look somewhat like this. That should tell us if there are any latency problems between you and the BD servers and where they lie. In some extreme cases, providers can offer a solution. If it is not latency, I personally don't really know what it could be, unless you have an extremely slow connection ( speedtest can point that out). Knowing your country could be useful. I am for example aware of connection issues between some east asian providers and the battle dawn servers. In case you do not want to take any risks concerning your privacy, I would recommend messaging Malicewolf with this data. As he said, this is extremely unlikely to be a server issue. Seeing as you played since 2009, I suspect it may simply be the case of a program on your computer bogging it down. Or someone else on your router, or a poorly configured router.

I'm an avid gamer and an IT professional, my connection is fine and works great for everything except your game, and everybody I play with has complained about it. It would be nearly impossible for a connection issue on my end to load the web page fine, and then hang during loading at the same spot multiple times, and then suddenly work fine again. But just for fun: http://puu.sh/gzAeL/e842341ace.pnghttp://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4212918374

But just for fun: http://puu.sh/gzAeL/e842341ace.pnghttp://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4212918374Your connection looks just fine, which leads me to believe it's some sort of software problem. Though you could run ping battledawn.com -t to make sure. It is odd everyone you played with has complained about it - I hear complaints about slow refreshes occasionally, but nothing like this for a good while. Do you guys have anything in common? ISP, location, OS, browser, antivirus, router, anything at all? Did you try another browser? FireFox has always been recommended, but personally i've more success with Chrome and Vivaldi (Chromium based browser inspired by Opera). Oddly, Internet Explorer seems to work for me, when Chrome and FireFox bug out... Trying to narrow down the causes here, it would be most preferred if you had some sort of fresh install laying around, but otherwise, we need to see exactly what causes this. Are you playing multiple worlds at once by any chance? Sorry for all the questions mate, but I am sure you understand it's the only way to get to the bottom of such a mystery issue.. Want you playing smoothly again as soon as possible
