I am on Earth 1, and started on tick 1. There are about 200 players and my alliance is in the top 10, but I haven't gotten any achievements yet.

Is it because it is a new era? I haven't gained any of the achievements before

Some of the achievements like top ranks indivisual and alliance can be only achieved when 500 ticks pass , in fact on ur achievement tab , its written over there.
