What happens if you collect a bounty that is over 10,000? Will you not get the rest or do you still get it?

If I remember correctly the only thing that happens if you reach the resource cap is that you stop producing that resource, am I correct?

Resource cap is 15,000 right now, and that's correct, you'd get the full bounty but after that you would stop producing except tax.

Don't you get a small percentage of your resources, even though your maxed?

I remember when I hit my max on BD1 I still got resources... but not the full amount.
