I am assuming this is for all worlds.. for me it is beta,E1,M2, and M5. I can't expand my screen to full screen. The full screen toggle is greyed out.

yeah, i could tell u how, but i don't think the admins would like it, u have to donate to get full screen

You have always had to donate to be able to use the full screen option. This is because in fullscreen, you cannot see the adverts.
