if the enemies were 1 tick from getting my colony and i had a relocation OP with an agent on it and i locked down the op and then relocated my self at the EOT

who will get locked? my colony or my enemies?

If you relocate to a lockdown op then the op remains locked down so your enemies would be locked down not your colony however you must lockdown the op before you relocate
